Examples of this are NOAA plugin, FS Global Weather (FSGW), and Active Sky XP are in this category. Since these all use X-Plane's default cloud rendering engine existing texture packs will work with plugin in this categoryĬategory 3) "Cloud/Weather Rendering Engines" - at the moment there are currently only two that you can purchase: Skymaxx and Xenviro. These completely replace X-Plane's Default weather engine. Texture packs such as UWXP will not work them, and in the case of Skymaxx a secondary program called Real Weather Connector (RWC) is required if you want to use a weather injector such as ASXP/FSGW/NOAA with it. Xenviro has it's own internal way of handling wind and turbulence and will not work with these plugins.
